Acceptable Use Policy

MenerFlow is limited to the business workflows, British Columbia territory, data, people, providers, and features written in the approved pilot order. A generic feature description or policy reference does not approve another jurisdiction, industry, or use.

• Violating law, another person's rights, consent, suppression, or provider rules.
• Spam, unlawful telemarketing, scraping, purchased lists, harassment, threats, hate, or discrimination.
• Fraud, impersonation, deceptive identity, phishing, fabricated consent, or false urgency.
• Malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, evasion, overload, or service disruption.
• Accessing another workspace or weakening tenant, role, provider, or audit controls.
• Submitting unnecessary, highly sensitive, unlawful, or out-of-scope personal information.
• Using AI output without required review or for solely automated consequential decisions.
• Emergency, crisis, life-safety, safety-critical, biometric, or call-recording use.
• Presenting a test, manual, simulated, unverified, or blocked result as operational success.

Healthcare, financial-account, government-identifier, employment-screening, criminal-justice, children's, regulated, consumer, and international use is not approved. Stop and request a written review before submitting data or accepting payment.

Do not scan, probe, persist, disrupt, access another customer, or test a third-party provider without authorization. Good-faith researchers must follow the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.

Menerai may investigate, rate limit, block, suspend, or terminate activity that violates this Policy or creates material risk. Menerai considers severity, recurrence, intent, cooperation, impact, and safe remediation and preserves required incident and contract evidence.
