Depending on the ordered plan and verified configuration, MenerFlow can draft messages, summarize conversations, classify work, extract structured details, and suggest next actions. A listed function is available only when its provider, entitlement, and pilot scope are verified.

• Output can be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, biased, or inappropriate.
• It is not legal, medical, financial, tax, emergency, or other professional advice.
• It cannot create consent, prove a contact source, release suppression, or authorize a channel.
• It cannot promise price, availability, outcome, deliverability, revenue, or provider operation.
• The pilot does not permit solely automated decisions that materially affect a person.

Before consequential use, a person must verify identity, recipient, contact authority, purpose, facts, price, availability, timing, tone, and next action. Uncertain, sensitive, complaint, low-confidence, opt-out, suppression, or exception events must stop for review. A user remains responsible for the action they approve.

Recording is disabled, but a voice provider may process live audio and return a transcript, summary, metadata, or extracted details. Outbound synthesized voice remains blocked until automated-call, do-not-call, consent, notice, script, timing, provider, retention, and suppression gates pass.

Retention and model-improvement behavior depend on the actual provider contract, account, API mode, request, and settings. Menerai does not promise zero retention or no training until those facts are verified for the active deployment. Production Customer Data remains blocked while that verification is open.
