Pilot Order Form

The versioned commercial terms incorporated into a plan selection and accepted immediately before secure checkout.

This form becomes an accepted order only when an authorized signer enters their legal name, chooses the displayed plan and cadence, accepts the linked documents, and continues to secure checkout.

1. Customer and authorized signer

The Customer is the eligible British Columbia business identified in the MenerFlow workspace. The person accepting this order confirms their full legal name in Billing and represents that they have authority to bind that Customer. Merely viewing this form or creating a workspace does not accept an order.

2. Available pilot plans

Core: CAD $99/month or CAD $948/year; 2 users and 1 location included.
Pro: CAD $249/month or CAD $2,388/year; 5 users and 1 location included.
Scale: CAD $499/month or CAD $4,788/year; 15 users and 3 locations included.

Government taxes are additional where applicable. The selected plan, monthly or annual cadence, recurring amount, selected fixed add-ons, and exact annual savings are shown in Billing and confirmed again on the secure checkout page before payment authorization. There is no setup fee or free trial. Voice overage is off unless the Customer explicitly selects an approved monthly cap.

3. Ordered service and launch scope

The order covers the features and included allowances displayed for the selected plan in Billing. It is limited to a supervised business-only pilot for an approved British Columbia customer. Customer must maintain required human review and may not use MenerFlow for personal or household purposes, excluded regulated data, emergency activity, or another unsupported use.

4. Incorporated documents

This order incorporates the MenerFlow Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum, Billing, Renewal, Cancellation, and Refund Policy, and the other policies expressly incorporated by those documents, each at the version presented during acceptance. If this order expressly conflicts with the Terms, this order controls only for the selected commercial details.

5. Acceptance and evidence

Acceptance occurs only through the Billing confirmation immediately before secure checkout. MenerFlow retains the signer-confirmed legal name, signer email, document versions, selected checkout reference, required attestations, acceptance time, request identifier, and integrity hash as immutable evidence. Workspace setup does not record acceptance of this order.
