Billing, Renewal, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

• Core: CAD $99/month or CAD $948/year (CAD $79/month equivalent; save CAD $240).
• Pro: CAD $249/month or CAD $2,388/year (CAD $199/month equivalent; save CAD $600).
• Scale: CAD $499/month or CAD $4,788/year (CAD $399/month equivalent; save CAD $1,200).

Annual monthly equivalents and exact annual savings are shown above. “Most popular” for Pro is a merchandising label, not measured adoption. Government taxes are additional where applicable. These commercial terms remain subject to launch approval by qualified Canadian tax and legal advisors.

There is no setup fee. Checkout shows the recurring base plan, each selected fixed add-on, and taxes separately before acceptance and payment. Additional locations are CAD $80/month or CAD $768/year where the plan permits them. Additional managed numbers are CAD $20/month or CAD $192/year. Additional-user prices are shown by plan in Billing. Fixed annual add-ons are charged upfront.

MenerFlow does not promise unlimited SMS, voice, AI, email, storage, or other metered use. Voice overage is CAD $0.59/minute, is off by default, and requires an explicit approved monthly cap of CAD $25, $50, $100, or $250. An allowance or overage is valid only when written in the order, centrally defined, server-enforced, visible, and tested.

The subscription renews at the accepted monthly or annual cadence until cancelled. The approved checkout or portal must show amount, cadence, effective date, taxes, and any prorated credit/charge before confirmation. Only approved plans and cadences may be offered. No free trial is included.

An authorized workspace owner may cancel through the verified billing path or Support. Unless an order says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, access continues to the displayed access-end date, and no further renewal is charged. Customers should request export before access ends.

Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law, stated in a signed order, or approved in writing by Menerai. An approved refund or credit must reconcile through the payment ledger and include the accountant-approved tax adjustment. A failed, pending, disputed, or simulated payment is not shown as paid.

Live checkout remains unavailable until BC PST and GST/HST status, line classification, customer-location evidence, registration, Stripe Tax, invoice presentation, and refund-credit handling are approved and verified. This Policy does not determine taxability from a product label.
